Great news for Aerosmith fans!  drummer Joey Kramer posted a message online yesterday saying that the band is ready to resume work on its next studio album. Aerosmith began working on its 15th studio album last year, but put the project on hold for a while as medical issues sidelined several members of the group. A release date has yet to be revealed for the new record, although it's tentatively slated to come out sometime in mid-2009.  The band has just one live show scheduled so far this year, in Caracas, Venezuela, on February 1st.

Patrick Swayze says that he's been "going through hell" since being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year. In an interview with Barbara Walters set to air tonight, the actor said that's angry and a little scared.  You can check out the entire interview tonight on 20/20.

Three seems to be HUGH HEFNER'S magic number. According to the New York Daily News, the 82-year-old Playboy founder is dating a new trio of women. Hef has been seeing 19-year-old twins KARISSA and KRISTINA SHANNON for a few weeks, but a 22-year-old psychology student at San Diego State University named CRYSTAL HARRIS now says she's also making time with him. Last year, Hefner split with his three girlfriends, all of whom appeared on the E! reality show The Girls Next Door. There's no word whether we'll get to see Hef's new main squeezes on the series.
